摘要
目的 研究用于放射治疗剂量测定的国际原子能机构 (IAEA)第 2 77号技术报告《光子束和电子束吸收剂量的确定》国际实用规范和我国 1984年国家计量局和卫生部颁布的基于ICRU 2 3号技术报告的《关于肿瘤放射治疗剂量学的若干规定》之间的差异。方法 用理论计算和实验测量2种方法比较了不同的电离室在测量6 0 Coγ射线和 3种能量的高能X射线水中吸收剂量所得结果。结果 大部分常用的电离室在不同的光子能量下使用两种方法所测的结果差异小于 1% ,只有 1个电离室的结果大于 1% ,并小于 1 5 %。结论 现在放射治疗对剂量有更高的精度要求 ,所以我们建议尽量采用IAEA国际实用规范。
Objective To study the difference between the two dosimetry protocols: IAEA Technical Report Series No.277,Absorbed Dose Determination in Photon and Electron Beams, an international Code of Practice and China Radiotherapy Dosimetry Code issued by China Ministry of Health and Bureau of Metrology in 1984. Methods Theoretical calculation and experimental measurement were used to compare the differences results of absorbed dose from 4 high energy photon beams. Results For most conventional ionization chambers,the difference in results was within 1%,but the difference was close to 1.5% for one ionization chamber. Conclusion Subject to the two dosimetry codes difference in measured absorbed dose is within 1.5%.It is better to follow the new IAEA dosimetry protocol in China.
