摘要
淮海公寓是一幢有70余年历史的上海市保护建筑,其建筑风格颇有特色,结构设计巧妙,传力体系沿高度变化复杂而又不失明确,且充分利用了材料的强度。公寓主楼薄壳基础的设计至今仍值得借鉴。历经多年,其梁、柱、板等构件的混凝土强度偏低,但碳化、钢筋锈蚀总体情况良好。
The Huaihai Apartment is a Shanghai preserved building of 7 decades history. Its architectural style is characteristic, its structure design is ingenious, the force transfer system is changing complexly along the height and fully utilizing the strength of material. The thin shell foundation design of its main building is worth reference up to now. After many years' experience, its concrete component strength of beam, column and plate is rather lower, but the condition of carbonation and corrosion is good.
