摘要
以RT PCR观察糖末宁对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经神经生长因子mRNA表达的影响。结果显示糖末宁可显著上调糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经神经生长因子mRNA的表达。
The effect of Tangmoning on the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) mRNA of sciatic nerve was observed by RT-PCR in diabetic rats. The result shows that Tangmoning appears to up-regulate the expression of NGF mRNA of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats.
