In this paper a type of CLD——Ⅱ system for checking grain conditions of grain pile and its characteristics were described. The system can provide the functions, such as circuit and random check, over——limit alarm, storage and analysis, trouble spot indication and so on. It is provided with lower price compared to its properties. The application of this system will greatly improve the techniques of rapid checking grain conditions in the country and will push forward the stand -ardization and modernization of administration in grain storage.
