记忆训练软件的设计及临床初步应用

Design of training software for memory impairments and its preliminary application

目的 为临床提供一种方便有效的治疗记忆障碍的方法。方法 选择当前临床治疗记忆障碍比较常用的 5种方法 ,制作成计算机软件。同时 ,采用Rivermead行为记忆测验量表进行评估。结果 记忆训练软件开发出来后 ,初步应用于临床 ,治疗由颅脑外伤引起的记忆障碍 ,取得了较满意的疗效 ,初步证明该软件的设计是比较成功的 ,临床应用是可行的。结论 从短期的临床使用过程看 ,该软件设计比较合理 ,易于操作 ,患者容易接受 ,初步验证 ,对脑外伤引起的记忆障碍的患者治疗有效 ,但对由其他各种原因引起的记忆障碍是否有效 。

Objective To design and validate a convenient, effective treatment method for patients with memory impairment. MethodsWe chose five kinds of methods currently used in rehabilitation practice for treatment of memory impairments and integrated them into computer training software. Then we used the software in clinical practice. Meanwhile, we used the Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test to evaluated the effects of the software. ResultsThe memory training software developed was effective for improving the memory impairment caused by brain injury. It was proved that the design of the software was successful and suitable to the patients with memory impairment. ConclusionAccording to short-term use in clinic, the design of the software is reasonable; the software is effective, easy for use and acceptable to the patients with memory impairment caused by brain injury.Further studies are needed to observe if it is effective for treatment of memory impairments induced by other causes.
