应用和停用环孢素A对肾移植患者精液质量的影响

Effect of use or withdrawal of cyclosporin A on the sperm quality of the renal transplant recipients

目的 探讨应用和停用环孢素A(CsA)对肾移植患者精液质量的影响。方法 对 12例应用和 3例停用CsA的肾移植患者的精液进行检测 ,并与 12名正常男性的精液进行比较分析。结果 在精液 pH值以及精子活动力、存活率和精子密度方面 ,应用CsA组与停用CsA组以及正常对照组比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而精子形态正常率、畸形率 ,应用CsA的肾移植患者与停用CsA的肾移植患者和正常男性比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 治疗剂量的CsA对肾移植患者的精子形态可能有一定的影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of use or withdrawal of cyclosporin A (CsA) on the sperm quality of the renal transplant recipients.Methods The sperms of 12 renal transplant recipients with use of CsA and 3 withdrawing CsA were tested and compared with those of 12 normal male volunteers.Results There was no significant difference in pH, mobility, survival rate and density of the sperms among the three groups ( P > 0.05 ). But there was no significant difference in the normal rate of morphology, malformation rate of the sperms between CsA group and CsA withdrawal group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Therapeutic dose of CsA can influence the morphology of the sperms in the renal transplant recipients to some extent.
