摘要
本文从固体发动机密封结构的特点和密封可靠性出发 ,阐述了国内外关于固体发动机结构密封技术的研究现状。从橡胶密封材料的回弹特性、压缩率及应力松弛等方面分析了密封圈的密封机理和可能的影响密封失效因素 。
Based on the structure characteristic and sealing reliability of the solid engine,the progression of seal technique of the solid rocket engine in recent years at home and abroad was introduced.The mechanism of seal process and the failure factors of seal with possibility were analyzed on the base of resilience characteristic, compress rate and stress relaxation of the rubber material, and the future of seal technique for solid engine was put forward.
