摘要 在大型复杂设计活动中 ,由于缺少系统化的交流机制来保障设计过程中设计信息的及时、准确地传递 ,产生设计冲突 ,进而导致整个设计在时间上的拖延。本文以此为出发点 ,提出了解决上述冲突的基于DSM与QFD技术的集成设计联合矩阵及其决策流程 ; This paper give a brief outline of the basic principle on DSM and QFD technology;and from the view of owing to the lack of the intercommunication mechanism to ensure the design information transfered in time,by rule and line in design process, bring Design conflict,further resulting in all design process delay in time among large complexity design activity. A integrated design method AND relevant flow based on DSM and QFD be presented to solve the design conflict and to support enterprise shorten the cycle of new product development.
