Discussion on Crisis Control for Operative Environment in Modern Hospital

文章阐述了现代医院经营环境概念 ,从竞争环境、市场环境、人口经济环境、科技环境四方面论述了医院经营环境危机的内涵。提出医院经营环境危机的对策是不断强化危机意识 ,建立危机预警、防控、处理、总结和恢复等体系。唯有如此 ,医院才能化危机为机遇 ,在劣势的经营环境中赢得先机 。

This paper describes the concept of crisis control for hospital operative environment and discusses its connotation from four aspects, which are competitive environment, market environment, population and economic environment and environment of science and technology. The crisis control for hospital operative environment should be to continuously strengthen crisis awareness, and to establish the system that includes early warning, preparation, resolving, summarizing and recovery. By these measures, crisis could be changed into chances and hospital could win advantages in worse operative environment and keep sustainable development.
