Reform Idea of Outpatient Pharmacy and Work for Pharmaceutist

中国加入WTO以后 ,我国现在进行医疗体制改革、医疗保险制度的实施、药品分类管理制度的实施 ,医院药事管理模式改革势在必行 ,医院门诊药房的社会化 ,开设OTC药房以提高医院的竞争能力 ,医院药师的架构建立以确定医院药师的定位和工作方向。

With China entering WTO, and implementing the reform of medical system, medical insurance and drug classification management system, the reform of hospital drug management model is inevitable. There are some ideas as following: (1) socializing outpatient pharmacy; (2) through opening OTC pharmacy to improve competitive capacity; and (3) through establishing framework of hospital pharmaceutist to determine working direction for hospital pharmaceutist.
