The speaking for equipment contract validity (SECV) is an important issue in equipment building. In the paper, dealing with the problem of information asymmetric becomes a core objective, the mathematical models applied in analyzing the equipment contract mechanism are built. In the end, several strategies for enforcing the SECV are put forward.
