摘要 从设计光电探测系统的实际需要出发,提出了雪崩式光电探测器最佳噪声分配的分析方法;给出了雪崩光电探测器和组件式探测器的最佳噪声分配方法以及分配比例关系式;尤其是把雪崩探测器最佳工作点的选择问题转化为前置放大器增益选择问题,对于简化、优化设计光电接收系统具有实际意义. According to the practical need of the design of the photoelectricity detect system,the analysis method of allotting the yawp for the photoelectricity detector is brought forward in the paper. At the same time, the paper introduces the best allot method and the allot proportion for the detached and subassembly snowslide photoelectricity detector. Especially, the transform from the selection of the best work range of the snowslide tube to the selection of the plus of the preamplifier has great practical value to simplify and optimize the design of the photoelectricity send-receive system.
