摘要
采用悬浮载体生物氧化、絮凝砂滤、增氧生物活性炭过滤、氯气消毒工艺处理炼油厂的达标外排水(水量为7000~8000m3/d),近一年的连续运行表明,该工艺对污染物去除效果良好,抗冲击性能突出,出水COD、NH3-N、BOD5、油和浊度等指标均优于回用水水质标准,细菌总数<103个/mL。总出水回用到企业的工业生产、办公和生活杂用、绿化、景观等领域,效果良好。
Advanced treatment process such as suspended carrier biological oxidation,flocculation and sand filtration,aerated biological activated carbon,and chlorine disinfection process was used for treatment of oil refinery wastewater with a capacity of 7 000~8 000 m^3/d.The continuous operation in recent year indicated that the process is efficient in pollutants removal and has significant shock load resistance.The effluent COD,NH_3-N,BOD_5 and other indexes such as oil content and turbidity are lower than the national standard of reuse,with total count of bacteria <10~3 CFU/mL.The effluent can be reused for industrial production,as well as in domestic miscellaneous,greening,and scenic areas.
