百合速溶全粉的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究微粉碎、酶处理、喷雾干燥、沸腾造粒等技术对万载龙牙百合、兰州百合、宜兴百合进行加工,得到能在75℃以上的水中速溶的百合全粉。对照实验得出江西龙牙百合出粉率为31.5%、兰州菜百合为25.3%、宜兴百合为22.6%。 Wanzai-longya-lily, Lanzhou-lily, Yixing-lily were used for producing instant lily powder after treated by super-comminuting, enzyme-dealing, spray-drying, boil-granuling etc, the instant lily powder could be fast soluted in hot water over 75℃. The experiments shows that the yields of powder was 31.5% by Wanzai-longya- lily, 25.3% by Lanzhou lily, 22.6% by Yixing lily respecting.
