生产SCP菌种性能的测定

分 别 以 白 地 霉 、产 朊 假 丝 酵 母 、热 带 假 丝 酵 母 、酿 酒 酵 母 为 实 验 对 象 ,通 过 摇 床 培 养 ,分 别 测 定 其 活 菌 数 、细 胞 干 重 、粗 蛋 白 含 量 等 指 标 ,选 育 出 生 长 快 、蛋 白 含 量 高 的 菌 种 用 于 生 产 SC P。 结 果 表 明 ,产 朊 假 丝 酵 母 生 长 快 ,粗 蛋 白 含 量 高 ,为 生 产 SC P 的 最 佳 菌 种 。

Geotrichum candidum Link,Candida utilis,Candida tropicalis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae were studied.After culturing on the shaker,the number of live cell,cell dry weig ht ,g ross protein concentration were respectively determined.The strain with hig her protein concentration and g rows fast is used to produce SCP.The result indicates that Candida utilis g rew fastest,and its g ross protein concentration and biomass concentration are the hig hest.It is the best stain for producing SCP.
