摘要 目的 :研究本院下呼吸道感染流行菌及其耐药性 ,为合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法 :对下呼吸道感染流行菌进行统计分析。结果 :检出病原菌 716株 ,革兰阴性杆菌为主要菌种 ,而G 杆菌中铜绿假单胞菌占 13 6 9% ,肺炎克雷伯菌占 8 8% ,不动杆菌属占 8 4 %。除嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌外 ,G 杆菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星敏感性高。G+ 球菌以表皮葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌为主要菌种 ,耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌(MRSS)的检出率为 85 3% ,耐甲氧西林溶血葡萄球菌的检出率为 91 6 %。真菌分离呈增多趋势 ,占所有病原菌的 2 3 2 8%。结论 :下呼吸道感染流行菌药敏显示耐药水平较多 ,临床医生应根据药敏结果合理选择抗生素 ,以利于疾病的治疗。 Objective:To study the epidemic strains and their drugresistance in lower respiratory tract and to provide the evidence for using antibiotics reasonly.Method:Clinical strains isolated from lower respiratory tract were statistically analyzed.Results:716 strains were isolated,Gram-negative bacilli were primary bacteria in lower respiratory tract of all strains.Pseudomonas aerugionso,Klebsiella pneumoniace and Acinetobacter were accounted for 13.69%,8.8% and 8.4%,respectively,Imipenem and Amikacin were the more sensitive for treating Gram-negative bacilliexcept for stenotrophomonas maltphicia.Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus haemolyticus were the main strains in the isolated Gram-positive cocci,the isolation rate of Methicillin resistant staphylococcus epidermidis(MRSS)was 85.3%,and isolation rate of Methicillin resisitant staphylococcus haemolytics was 91.6%?Fungi was isolated more anel more,it was account for 22.38% in all strains.Conclusion:The sensitivety to antibiotics show that all of strains had higher resistance rate in lower respiratory tract.Doctor should selected antibiotics reasonably,according the results in microbe detection,which is helpful to clinical therapy.
