乳腺癌细胞hMSH_2蛋白、CD_4、CD_8的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨乳腺癌细胞hMSH2 蛋白、CD4和CD8表达与淋巴结转移的关系及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 9例乳腺癌 (淋巴结转移 2 5例 ,无淋巴结转移 2 4例 )患者癌细胞hMSH2 蛋白、CD4和CD8的表达 ,并分析其表达与淋巴结转移的关系。结果 :hMSH2 蛋白在乳腺癌细胞细胞核内表达 ,CD4和CD8在乳腺癌细胞细胞浆和细胞膜表达。淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组hMSH2 蛋白、CD4和CD8的表达率分别为 2 9%和 6 8% (P <0 0 5 )、5 8%和 4 4 % (P >0 0 5 )、2 9%和 6 8% (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌细胞hMSH2 蛋白、CD4、CD8表达的改变可能与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有关。 Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of hMSH 2 protein,CD 4 and CD 8 in breast cancer and 1ymph node metastasis,and the correlated clinical significane.Methods:Immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of hMSH 2 protein,CD 4 and CD 8 in breast cancer cells and to study the relationship between the expression and lymph node metastasis. Totally 49 cases were used in this study,among which 25 cases were with lymph node metastasin(lymph node metastasis group) and 24 without lymph node metastasis (non-lymph node metastas if group).Results:hMSH 2 protein is expressed in the nucleus,while CD 4 and CD 8 are expressed in the cytoplasme and the cell memetrane.The postive rate of hMSH 2,CD 4 and CD 8 in lymph node metastasis group and non-metastasis group is:29% and 68%(P<0.05),58% and 44%(P>0.05),29% and 68%(P<0.05) respectively.Conclusion:The expression of hMSH 2 was lower in the cases with lymph node metastasis than those without lymphy node metastasis,while the expression of CD 4 and CD 8 are higher in lymph node metastasis group,which indicates that the expression of these proteins are correlated to lymph node metastasis.
