乙醚质量影响返魂草冲剂TLC的鉴别

Ether Influence upon Distinguishing of Senecio Cannabifolius Less Granules by TLC

使用不同质量的乙醚对返魂草冲剂进行薄层色谱鉴别，结果表明在200～320nm有吸收峰的乙醚对返魂草冲剂TLC鉴别效果不理想，而在200～320nm无吸收峰的乙醚对该品种TLC鉴别效果好，而将在200～320nmcu处有吸收峰的乙醚经适当处理后，去除该杂质的乙醚方可使用。

Senecio cannabifolius Less granules are distinguished by TLC with the ether of different quality. The results show that ether has absorption peaks between 200nm and 300nm makes bad effect in TLC,and the ether without absorption peaks between 200 nm and 300nm makes the good effect in TLC.
