摘要
目的评价应用枸杞多糖(Lyciumbarbarumpolysaccharides,LBP)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复后再生的影响。方法取SD大鼠40只,随机分为4组,切断右侧坐骨神经后原位吻合,造成损伤模型。术后实验组给以枸杞多糖腹腔注射,对照组给等量生理盐水。各组分别于术后第4、8周行运动神经传导速度、形态学及图像分析等测定各项指标。结果LBP实验组在术后4周、8周时吻合口远段再生神经纤维轴突的数目、有髓神经纤维直径均不如对照组。术后8周时,运动神经传导速度恢复率低于对照组。结论枸杞多糖有抑制大鼠坐骨神经断伤吻合后神经再生的作用。
Objective To assess the effect of injecting LBP in abdomen on the regeneration after sciatic nerve injury.Methods Forty SD rats' right sciatic nerves were cut and suture to prepare the model of peripheral nerve injury. Experimental group was injected by LBP and control group was injected by equal quantity of normal saline after operation. Each group was sacrificed at intervals of 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively,measuring the motor nerve conduction velocities (MNCV),conducting microscopic examination and axon video analysis.Results Both the number and diameter of axon regeneration of LBP group were no better than control group after operation. MNCV in LBP group was also lower than control group in 8 weeks after operation.Conclusion LBP can inhabit rat's sciatic nerve regeneration.
