丝裂霉素C和5-氟尿嘧啶在高频电泪道成型术中的疗效比较

A compairison of clinical effects between mitomycin C and 5-FU in high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty

目的评价丝裂霉素C(mitomycinC,MMC)及5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-FU)在高频电泪道成型术中的疗效。方法将61例72眼慢性泪囊炎患者随机分成2组:MMC组,32例38眼于高频电泪道成型术后使用0.4mg/mlMMC1ml注入泪道,10分钟后使用点必舒眼膏充填泪道。5-FU组,29例34眼常规高频电泪道成型术后使用1ml(25mg)5-FU溶液注入泪道,10分钟后使用点必舒眼膏充填泪道。术后随访6-15月,观察泪道通畅情况。结果MMC组手术成功率为89.5%,显著高于5-FU组70.5%(P<0.05)。结论MMC比5-FU更有效减少高频电泪道成型术后泪道疤痕的形成,提高手术成功率。

Objective To evaluate the effects of mitomycin C (MMC) and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) in high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty.Methods Sixty-one patients(72 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into MMC group and 5-FU group. In MMCgroup,32 cases (38 eyes )firstly applied 0.4mg/ml MMC 1ml,10 minutes after high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty then filled up TobraDex ointment. In 5-FU group,29 cases (34eyes )firstly applied 1ml(25mg)5-FU,10 minutes after high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty then filled up TobraDex ointment.All patients were followed up for 6-15 months.Results The success rate of operation was 89.5% in MMC group and 70.5% in 5-FU group(P<0.05).Conclusion MMC can more effectively inhibit the scar formation than 5-FU, thus providing a higher successful high frequency electrolacryocystoplasty.
