蠲郁化痰汤治疗有机磷农药中毒后抑郁症32例

Thirty-two Cases of Depression after Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Treated by Juanyu Huatan Tang

目的 :观察自拟蠲郁化痰汤治疗有机磷农药中毒后抑郁症临床疗效。方法 :将符合条件的病例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组予自拟蠲郁化痰汤口服 ,每日 1剂 ,周日停服 ;对照组予丙米嗪口服 ,剂量由临床医师据病情调整。两组疗程均为 6周。结果 :治疗组 32例 ,痊愈 1 4例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 7例 ,无效 3例 ,有效率 90 .6 2 % ;对照组 30例 ,痊愈 7例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 9例 ,有效率 70 .0 0 %。两组比较差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :蠲郁化痰汤治疗有机磷农药中毒后抑郁症疗效满意。

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuyu Huatan Tang in treating the depression after organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Method: The correspondent cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the controlled group. The former was administered with Juanyu Huatan Tang, orally, one agent per day except on Sunday, and the latter was administered with Bingmiqin, orally, while the dosage was adjusted by the doctor according to the patient's condition. The course of treatment of the two groups was 6 weeks. Result: The 32-case treated group had an effective rate of 90.62%, with 14 cases cured, 8cases having remarkable effect, 7 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective; while the 30-case controlled group had an effective rate of 70.90%, with 7cases cured, 8cases having remarkable effect, 6 cases effective, 9 cases ineffective. Two groups had remarkable difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Juanyu Huatan Tang has a satisfying effect on the depression after organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
