摘要
目的:建立氧氟沙星胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:用紫外分光光度法,用0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液作溶剂,测定波长为(293±1)nm。结果:回归方程为A=0.0919118ρ+0.00119608,在2~9μg/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.5%(n=9),RSD为0.78%。结论:用紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星胶囊的含量方法简便,结果准确。
Objective: to establish a quantitative analysis method for oflxacin capsules. Methods: 0. 1mol/L hydrochloric acid was used as the solvent, and the wavelength of detection was (293±1) nm . Results: The linear range was between 2 - 9μg/ml, with regression equation of A = 0. 0919118ρ + 0. 00119608, r = 0. 999998, average recovery of 100. 5% ( n = 9 ) , and RSD = 0.78%. Conclusions: The method is simple and accurate.
