胃康-U双层药片裂片影响因素的考察试验

Investigation of affecting factors on cracking of Vikon-U Doubel-layer Tablets

目的 找出胃康 U双层药片存放后裂片的主要影响因素。方法 采用不同干湿度条件 ,考察胃康 U双层药片外观、引湿增重及膨胀度的变化。结果 发现胃康 U双层药片对湿度变化很敏感 ,特别是内层片对湿度变化最敏感。结论 内层片引湿膨胀是胃康 U双层药片裂片的主要影响因素。

Objective To find out the affecting factors on cracking of Vikon-U double-layer tablets after storage. Methods To investigate the changes of appearance, weight increase by hygroscopy and degree of swelling of Vikon-U under different dryness and humidity conditions. Results Vikon-U double-layer tablets are very sensitive to the changes of humidity,especially the core-layer. Conclusion The hygroscopy and swelling of core-layer tablets are the affecting factor on cracking of Vikon-U double-layer tablets.
