2000-2002年广东省40余家医院银杏制剂用药分析

Analysis of Ginkgo Biloba drugs used in the hospitals of Guangdong province during the period of 2000-2002

目的 了解广东省医院银杏制剂的应用情况。方法 对广东省 4 0余家医院 2 0 0 0 - 2 0 0 2年间消耗的银杏制剂用药金额、用药频度及日均费用进行统计、分析。结果 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年银杏制剂销售金额呈逐年上引趋势 ,用药金额排第 1位的为天保宁 ,用药频度最高的为天保宁 ,舒血宁。讨论 充分利用银杏资源 ,开发出更多质优价廉的银杏制剂仍然前景广阔。

Objective To analyze the situation of Gingko drugs used in the hospitals of Guaugdong province.Methods To investigate Ginkgo biloba drugs used during the past three years in aspect of the sum of money of consumption, DDDs and daily cost. Results The consumption sum of Ginkgo biloba drugs during the period of 2000-2002 showed an increasing tendency. Taponin was much more frequently used than others. Taponin occupied the first place in the list of sum of money. Conclusions The marketing of Ginkgo biloba drugs will further expand in China and the pharmaceutical factories should strengthen the development of new Ginkgo biloba drugs.
