气相色谱法测定乙酸龙脑酯-β-环糊精包合物的含量

Determination of bornyl acetate-β-CD inclusion body by GC

目的 建立乙酸龙脑酯 β 环糊精包合物的含量测定方法。 方法 采用气相色谱法 ,萘为内标物 ,DB 17毛细管柱 ,载气为氦气 ,FID检测器。结果 在该色谱条件下 ,乙酸龙脑酯在 89.5 3～ 4 0 5 .10 μg/ml浓度范围呈良好线性关系 ,r =0 9996 ;乙酸龙脑酯的加样回收率为 95 .6 0 % ,RSD =0 .74 %。结论 本法能准确测定包合物中乙酸龙脑酯的含量。

Objective To establish the method for determination of bornyl acetate-β-CD by gas chromatography.Methods Naphthalene has been used as the internal standard substance in internal standard method.The GC system consisted of BD-17capillary column,helium as the carrier gas,and FID as the detector.Result The standard curve of bornyl acetate was linear over the range of 89.53～405.10 μg/ml,r=0.9996.The mean recovery of bornyl acetate was 95.60%,RSD=0.74%.Conclusions The method can be determine the contents of bornyl acetate-β-CD inclusion body.
