摘要 基于微加工技术的微流体系统是微机电系统(MEMS)的一个重要分支,可广泛应用于航空航天、生物、医学、化工、电子等领域。本文主要综述了微流体系统中的微型泵结构、工作原理以及国内外研究现状。 Microfluidic systems,which are based on silicon micromaching technologies,are an important branch of MEMS. They can be extensively applied to aeronautics,biology,medicine,chemistry and electronics. In this paper,the structure,working principle,and the newest progress of several kinds of micropump are presented.
