粗吻海龙化学成分的研究

Study on chemical constituents of Trachyrhamphus serratus

目的 研究粗吻海龙 Trachyrhamphus serratus的化学成分。方法 采用低压柱色谱研究粗吻海龙乙醇提取物的化学成分 ,经波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从粗吻海龙乙醇提取物中分离到 8个化合物 ,分别是 :胆甾醇( ) ,十六酸 ( ) ,十四酸 ( ) ,六氢 -吡咯并吡嗪 - 1,4 -二酮 ( ) ,肌酸酐 ( ) ,1-甲基 - 2 -氨基 -二氢咪唑 - 4 -酮钠盐(肌酸酐钠 ) ( ) ,尿嘧啶 ( ) ,胸腺嘧啶 ( )。结论 化合物 是首次报道的天然产物。

ObjectTo study the chemical constituents of Trachyrhamphus serratus Temminck et Schlegel. Methods The silica column, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18 column were subjected for the isolation of the compounds from the fish. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by MS and NMR. ResultsEight compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of T. serratus. They are: cholesterol (Ⅰ); hexadecanoic acid (Ⅱ); tetradecanoic acid (Ⅲ), hexahydro pyrrolo [1, 2-α] pyrazine-1, 4-dione (Ⅳ); creatinine (Ⅴ); 1, 5-dihydro-1-methyl-2-amino-imidazol-4-one, sodium (creatinine sodium) (Ⅵ); uracil (Ⅶ), and thymine (Ⅷ), respectively. ConclusionCreatinine sodium is first reported as a natural product.
