摘要
目的 研究尖萼耧斗菜 Aquilegia oxysepala的化学成分。方法 尖萼耧斗菜全草乙醇浸膏 ,以石油醚、二氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、丙酮提取 ,用硅胶柱色谱分离。结果 从尖萼耧斗菜全草分离得到 9个化合物。根据波谱分析和理化数据 ,鉴定 9个化合物分别为 :α-棕榈精 (α-十六碳酸甘油酯 ) (α- m onopalm itin,hexadecanoic acid2 ,3- dihy-droxypropyl ester, ) ,5 -羟基 - 2 -吲哚酮 (5 - hydroxy- 2 - indolinone, ) ,原儿茶酸丁酯 (butyl protocatechuate, ) ,原儿茶酸甲酯 (methyl protocatechuate, ) ,α,3,4 ,-三羟基苯丙酸 (α,3,4 - trihydroxy- benzenepropanoic acid, ) ,琥珀酸 (succinic acid, ) ,以及黄酮类化合物木樨草素 - 3′-葡萄糖苷 (luteolin 3′- O-β- D - glucoside, ) ,异金雀花素(isoscoparin, ) ,异荭草素 (isoorientin, )。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
ObjectTo study the chemical constituents in the herb of Aquilegia oxysepala Trautv. et Mey. MethodsIsolation and purification were carried out on silica gel column. The structures of the constituents were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. ResultsNine compounds were obtained and determined as α-monopalmitin (hexadecanoic acid 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester) (Ⅰ), 5-hydroxy-2-indolinone (Ⅱ), butyl protocatechuate (Ⅲ), methyl protocatechuate (Ⅳ), α, 3, 4-trihydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid (Ⅴ), succinic acid (Ⅵ), luteolin 3′-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅶ), isoscoparin (Ⅷ), isoorientin (Ⅸ). ConclusionAll the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
