摘要
目的 比较黄芩苷渗透小鼠、裸鼠、家兔、大鼠、人体皮肤的透皮吸收行为。方法 黄芩苷的测定采用分光光度法。透皮吸收研究以改进型 Franz扩散池为工具 ,比较黄芩苷渗透小鼠、裸鼠、家兔、大鼠、人体皮肤的透皮速率常数。结果 黄芩苷透过小鼠、裸鼠、家兔、大鼠、人体皮肤的透皮速率常数分别为 (6 7.31± 2 3.6 6 )、(78.35±3.2 9)、(117.35± 2 9.4 8)、(86 .2 5± 7.5 5 )、(84 .4 3± 11.2 7)μg/ (cm2 · h)。结论 裸鼠皮肤作为黄芩苷透皮吸收研究用皮肤较为理想。
ObjectTo study comparatively the transdermal absorption of baicalin per five kinds of animal skin. Methods Improved Franz-call was used for the transdermal study, and the transdermal speed constants of baicalin per five kinds of animal skin were compared. Results The transdermal speed constants of baicalin per skin of mice, hairless mice, rabbits, rats, human are (67.31±23.66), (78.35±3.29), (117.35±29.48), (86.25±7.55), and (84.43±11.27) μg/(cm2·h), respectively. Conclusion The transdermal absorption of baicalin per skin of hairless mice is more similar to that of human skin.
