摘要
针对太阳能热水器的保温层缺陷检测问题,研究了利用两种非制冷热像仪实现保温层缺陷的非接触红外检测方法,即通过拍摄保温桶注入热蒸汽(热水)前后的侧视图,比较热传输的速度,并利用阈值取轮廓等图像处理方法,确定缺陷的位置、大小和传热状况。比较分析了两种热像仪图像的特点,对实现太阳能热水器保温桶的在线检测具有实际意义。
A noncontact testing method using IR imaging technology to inspect the defects of the heat insulation layer in solar water heater was presented. Two kinds of uncooled IR detectors were used to capture the thermal images of the side view of an insulating barrel with hot vapor(water) ,then by comparing the heat transfer speed and processing the images with threshold analysis to obtain the contours, the positions and size of the defects and the diathermanous conditions could be confirmed ,in addition, the features of the thermal images from two IR detectors were compared and analyzed. This detection technology means a lot in the practical online testing of the production of the insulating barrel in solar water heater.
