摘要
简要分析了我国的专利概况、专利保护的意义和我国皮革行业专利保护的现状 ,并提出了一些皮革行业专利保护的途径和申请专利时需要注意的事项。
The situation on patent of our country is summarized in the paper. The meaning of patent protection and the relationship between leather industry and patent protection are also discussed herein. And some proposal on patent application is tabled.
