摘要 随着阴极电泳涂装技术在汽车行业的使用 ,低锌磷化作为与之配套最好的磷化技术也得到广泛应用 ,磷化前对金属表面进行活化处理是低锌磷化体系生成均匀细致磷化膜的前提。目前工业常用的表面调整剂一般为固体粉末 ,但粉末容易对涂装工序造成粉尘污染而影响涂层质量 ,而且固体表调剂制备过程中耗能大 ,温度要求苛刻 ,制备时间长。为了克服固体表调剂的缺点 ,采用胶体钛与磷酸盐、多聚磷酸盐稳定体系相结合的方式制备了一种新型液态表面调整剂。该方法具有制备简单、耗能低、处理能力强、更能细化结晶的特点 ,同时能在长时间内保持活化效力 ,表调能力明显优于目前常用的商用固态表调剂。 With the application of cathodic electrophoresis coating technology in car industry, as mating technology low zinc phosphatizing is also applied widely, before which the key process for uniform and particular phosphatizing coating is the activation of metal surface. Presently industrial typical surface conditioning agent is solid powder, which easily results in dusty pollution and affect the quality of coating, aside its preparation needs high energy loss, strict temperature controlling and a long time. A new liquid conditioning agent was developed to overcome the disadvantages by adopting colloid titanium and phosphate polyphosphate stability system. The method has the characteristics of simple preparation, low energy loss, strong treating ability and more fine crystal. The surface conditioning ability of liquid conditioning agent, which can keep activity for a long time and improve cooperative ability of phosphatized coating and organic coating, is superior to the powdery conditioning agent.
