Inhibition Performance of Aminoalkyl Phosphonic Acids

将氨基烃基膦酸作为金属缓蚀剂对A3钢进行缓蚀研究 ,试验表明 ,氨基烃基膦酸是一种典型的阳极缓蚀剂 ,适合碱性溶液中使用 ;当其与锌盐复配时 ,缓蚀效果明显提高 ;其中乙基氨基苄基膦酸 ,乙酸氨基苄基膦酸 ,乙二胺二苄基二膦酸的缓蚀效果较为理想。

Inhibition performance of aminoalkyl phosphonic acid for steel A3 was studied. Experimental results show that aminoalkyl phosphonic acid is a typically anodic inhibitor and suit to alkaline solution. Combined with zinc salt, the inhibition effects increase obviously. Especially the effects of ethylaminobenzyl phosphonic acid, acetoxy amino benzyl phosphonic acid, and ethylenediamine bis benzyl diphosphonic acid are better.
