摘要
目的 :研究食管癌发生发展过程中微小染色体维持蛋白 5 (Mcm5 )表达的意义及与细胞增殖核抗原 (PC NA)的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S P法检测 2 2例食管正常黏膜 (N)、1 9例不典型增生 (DYS)、7例原位癌 (CIS)及 1 39例浸润癌 (SCC)活检标本中Mcm5和PCNA的表达情况。结果 :①Mcm5和PCNA在食管由正常向癌转变的过程中 ,表达逐渐升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,2者均与病变类型存在正相关关系 ,rs 分别为 0 .5 74和 0 .4 79(P均 <0 .0 0 1 )。②Mcm5的表达随着食管癌分化程度的降低而逐渐增高 (rs=- 0 .2 1 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ,而PCNA的表达在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级鳞癌组织中逐渐升高 ,但在Ⅲ级鳞癌组织中降低 ,与分化程度无关 (rs=- 0 .1 5 9,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :Mcm5、PCNA在食管癌变过程中能很好地反映细胞的增殖状况 。
Aim:To study the significance of minichromosome maintenance 5(Mcm5) protein expression in the esophageal carcinogenesis and its correlation with proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). Methods:The expressions of Mcm5 and PCNA were detected by immunohistochemical(S P) technique in 187 biopsy specimens of esophagus,among which 22 were normal squamous epithelium(N), 19 were dysplasia(Dys), 7 were carcinoma in situ(CIS) and 139 were invasive carcinoma(SCC). Results: The expressions of Mcm5 and PCNA were gradually increased in the course of the esophageal carcinomatous conversion( P <0.01), which were positively related to pathological types ( r s=0.574,0.479, respectively, P < 0.001); the expression of Mcm5 had positive correlation with the degree of esophageal carcinoma differentiation( P <0.05), but no correlation was found in PCNA( P >0.05).Conclusion: Mcm5 and PCNA can well reflect cell proliferation in the course of the esophageal carcinogenesis. Mcm5 expression may be related to the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
