常用根管消毒药物对人牙龈成纤维细胞的毒性

Cytotoxicity of different intracanal medications on the human gingival fibroblasts

目的 :观察根管消毒药物甲醛甲酚 (FC)、樟脑酚 (CP)、氢氧化钙饱和液、氢氧化钙药尖及中药制剂洁尔阴的细胞毒性及毒性的可逆性。方法 :人牙龈成纤维细胞 (HGF)于含不同浓度的 5种消毒药物中体外培养 ,通过MTT法测细胞增殖率、回复度及ALP活性。结果 :①FC、CP对HGF的增殖有显著抑制作用 ,且随药物浓度增大抑制作用增强 ,细胞的回复度和ALP活性降低。②洁尔阴、氢氧化钙饱和液、氢氧化钙药尖对HGF增殖及ALP无显著抑制作用。结论 :FC、CP细胞毒性大 ,且细胞毒性不可逆。洁尔阴、氢氧化钙饱和液。

Aim: To observe the cytotoxicity of FC, CP, calcium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide points and traditional Chinese medicine Jieeryin in vitro . Methods:Human gingival fibroblasts(HGF) were cultured in vitro with five intracanal medications mentioned above. Then the MTT and PNP were used to determine the RGR and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of HGF. Results:FC and CP inhibited the cell growth in a dose dependent manner,whereas the lower concentration, the more cell growed.Jieeryin, calcium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide points did not inhibit the proliferation of HGF.Conclusions: Calcium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide points and traditional Chinese medicine Jieeryin have no cytotoxic on HGF whereas FC and CP lead to severe irreversible cytotoxicity.
