摘要
多个制造单元可以通过计算机网络联结起来 ,组成松散耦合、分布自治、协同合作的分散网络化制造系统 (DNMS)。在分析DNMS的基础上 ,描述了网络化可重构智能制造单元的功能模型 ,建立了基于MAS的车间智能单元混杂动态控制结构及运行机制。该结构具有分层、分散及协调控制的特点 ,保证了系统柔性且易于实现全局优化。文章用四元组描述了网络化制造资源重构的问题 ,结合招投标机制中的竞争与协调机制建立了车间制造资源重构问题的数学模型 ,具有一定通用性及柔性。
The distributed network manufacturing system (DNMS) which is composed of multi-manufacturing cells connected with internet is loose-coupled, autonomy and cooperative. The function model of reconfigurable intelligent manufacturing cell oriented NMS is described. The hybrid dynamic control architecture of network shop floor based on MAS by analyzing DNMS is constructed, which is hierarchical, distributed and coordinated and can ensure system flexibility and whole optimization. This paper depicts resource reconfiguration model of DNMS with four elements and formulates resource reconfiguration method based on bidding mechanism. This formulate is universal and flexible for resource reconfiguration.
