摘要
文章针对交流永磁同步伺服电机磁场定向控制系统中定子电流控制的不足 ,首次提出并设计了交流定子电流的滞环宽度模糊控制方法和模糊神经元自适应加权PID直流电流控制方法。其中交流电流控制器对动态定子电流偏差能及时加以控制 ,而直流电流控制器能最终消除定子电流的静态误差 ,其组合作用相当于对三相定子电流进行PID调节。且控制算法简单 ,能够满足实时性的要求。在此基础上进行的仿真及实验表明所设计的智能控制系统具有良好的控制性能。
Upon the analysis of the inadequency in current control of traditional field orientation control for permanent magnet synchronous AC motors, this paper put forward and designed a fuzzy control algorithm for hysteresis-band width of stator AC current and weighted fuzzy single neuron PID control algorithm for stator DC current to avoid the inadequency. The dynamatic stator AC current error can be adjusted by AC current controller, while the stator AC current error can be eliminated by DC current controller. It is verified by both simulation and experiment that the designed intelligent control algorithm possesses the characteristics of less calculation amount and control property.
