摘要
根据生产实际的需要 ,讨论工艺计划和生产计划调度的集成问题 ,以提高CAPP动态实时性和生产计划调度的稳定性 ,使整个生产过程处于整体最优。在分析出现问题的基础上 ,建立了动态CAPP的原型系统、基本组成单元以及动态CAPP系统的总体流程图 ,为解决直线型生产过程组织所带来的问题提供了有效的途径和解决的方法。
According to the require of real production, discuss integrated problem of craft plan and Pepsin order to improve CAPP's dynamic real-time character and production schedule stability, and optimize whole production process. On the basis of analyzing problem, this papert has set up dynamic prototype system; elementary makeup unit and overall flow chart of dynamic CAPP.And for solving problem that straight production process brings offer effective way and solution.
