摘要
将混合位置闭环系统应用于高速精密激光内雕机中 ,大大提高了系统的响应性 ,减少了系统的稳态误差。文章分析了该系统的稳定性及产生的跟随误差。最后 ,简述了实现两轴联动的数字积分法—DDA直线插补算法。
With the application of mixed position closed-loop system in the high-speed precise laser sub-marker,the response has been increased greatly and constant error has been decreased. The stability and its following error are analyzed. Lastly,interpolation algorithm-Digital Differential Analyzer in the system is presented.
