摘要
文章对基于PC机平台的数控刻楦机结构、加工原理和实现方法进行了深入研究。文中着重分析了对鞋楦数据的处理、伺服电机步距当量的选择和利用数字直接定义加工程序的方法 ,此外还分析了避免误差累积的实现方法 ,使数控刻楦机能高速、高质、安全地进行加工。
The structure, processing principle and realizing method of PC-Based boot tree numerical control machine are deeply described in this article. and puts emphasis on the process method of boot tree digit, the choose of equivalent of servo electrical impulse and the technique of digital direct definition of NC programming. In addition, the analysis of avoiding error accumulation is made for high-speed, high-quality and safely process.
