大功率单相有源功率因数校正主电路的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文提出了传统型单相有源功率因数校正主电路在实际应用中因为二极管反向恢复产生的电流冲击等问题,分析比较了三种改进型大功率单相有源功率因数校正主电路,其中包括串联高压碳化硅肖特基二极管主电路,从新型器件应用、主电路修正和软开关三方面分别解决电流冲击等问题,提高了大功率功率因数校正主电路的可靠性。 This paper proposes current impacting problems owing to the diode reverse recovery about traditional single-phase active power factor correction(APFC)main circuit which is in practical applications.Three types of improved high-power single-phase APFC main circuits are analyzed and compared,which include series-wound high-voltage Sic Schottky diode main circuit.The current impacting problems are to be resolved from late model component applications,main circuit correction and soft switching respectively.The reliability of high-power APFC main circuit has been improved highly.
