电铸镍药型罩的微观组织及织构分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用电铸方法制备纯镍药型罩 ,并用光学显微镜 (OM)、透射电镜 (TEM )、电子背散射衍射 (EBSD)技术对药型罩及爆炸变形后杵体进行观察分析。实验结果表明 ,电铸镍药型罩有良好的力学性能 ,在高速变形过程中发生动态再结晶。 The pure nickel shaped charge liners were prepared by electroforming technology. The liner and slug samples were observed and analyzed by means of TEM (transformation electron microscopy) and EBSD (electron backscattered diffraction). The results show that the mechanical properties of electroformed nickel liners are excellent and the dynamic recovery and recrystallization process happened in the high-strain rate deformation of explosion. There is dependence between penetration property and microstructure of liner.
