摘要
利用金相、扫描电镜和力学性能测试等手段对铁路车辆减速器制动轨在使用中发生早期断裂进行了研究。结果表明 ,制动轨材质正常 ,断裂属于早期低周疲劳破坏 ,断裂起始于刹车瞬间产生较大应力集中的端口附近尖角处 ,断裂是由于制动轨在交变载荷作用下 。
Metallurgraphy, SEM and mechanical properties tests were used to investigate the early failed brake orbit of railroad vehicle decelerates. The results showed that the quality of the materials used for the brake orbit was promising. The failure was resulted from the early low-cycle fatigue and initiated at the wedge angle in the brake orbit. The cracks propagation took place under the action of the cycle-loading.
