耳尖放血治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of blood letting in ear apex on hypertension of hyperactivity of liver-yang

目的 :探寻治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的有效治法。方法 :90例高血压病肝阳上亢证的病人随机分为 3组 ,耳尖放血组、络活喜组、耳尖放血合络活喜组 ,对 3组病人治疗前后的主要症状和血压变化进行评估。结果 :3组均能不同程度地改善高血压病肝阳上亢证病人的主要症状 ,以耳尖放血组和耳尖放血合络活喜组的治疗效果较好 ;3组均能降低血压 ,但以两种疗法合用组效果最佳。结论 :耳尖放血能明显改善高血压病肝阳上亢证患者的症状 ,耳尖放血合络活喜的降压效果明显优于单纯的耳尖放血或单用络活喜。

Objective To explore an effective therapy for hypertension of hyperactivity of liver-yang. Methods Ninety cases of hypertension of hyperactivity of liver-yang were randomly divided into blood letting group, amlodipine group and blood letting plus amlodipine group. Changes of main symptoms and blood pressure before and after treatment were investigated in the three groups. Results After treatment the major symptoms in the patients of the 3 groups improved in varying degrees with the effects in the blood letting group and the blood letting plus amlodipine group being better; blood pressure decreased in all the 3 groups with the blood letting plus amlodipine group being the best. Conclusion The blood letting at ear apex can obviously improve symptoms and blood letting at ear apex combined with amlodipine is better than simple blood letting at ear apex or amlodipine in the effect of decreasing blood pressure.
