通过除湿方法与干燥原理分析、离心喷雾干燥实验,探讨了丝胶蛋白质浓缩液干燥方法与工艺技术参数,分析了干燥过程中丝胶蛋白质在干燥塔内发生粘壁现象的原因与克服措施,提出丝胶蛋白质浓缩液的离心喷雾干燥方法和技术要点。

Through analyzing the methods of moisture extraction and the principle of drying and carryingout the experiment of spraying drying, it discusses the methods of drying the condensed sericin liquid andthe processing parameters, analyzes the causes that sericin affixes to the wall of the drier during dryingand gives some measures to overcome that. Then it puts forward the methods of spraying drying and sometechnical important points.
