摘要
介绍并比较了电压控制型和电流控制型 DC/DC 变换器的基本原理,设计出了基于电流控制型 PWM 控制芯片 UC3846的大功率 DC/DC 变换器的实用电路,提出了两种 UC3846输出脉冲封锁方式,设计出一种新颖的 IGBT 驱动电路,实验结果证明,该电路具有较好的控制特性和稳定性。
The basic principles of voltage mode control and current mode control DC/DC converters are introduced and compared. An applied circuit of a high power DC/DC converter is designed based on the PWM IC UC3846 for current mode control. Two methods of shutting down output pulses for UC3846 are presented. A new driving circuit for IGBT is designed. The experiment result shows that the circuit has better characteristics and stability.
