Promoting cultural teaching in English teaching

非英语专业学生由于缺乏与英语语言相关的文化知识背景,在英语学习中产生一些问题,文章对此提出了一些建议,指出在英语教学过程中加强文化教学的重要性。

This article discusses some problems which non-English majors have often confronted in learning English for lack of cultural knowledge.Some constructive suggestions are also made and above all the importance of increasing culture teaching in the course of English language teaching is particularly emphasized.
