P^(63)和P^(73)基因在神经胶质瘤中的表达

The expression of p^(63) and p^(73) in gliomas

目的探讨p53家族新成员p63及p73在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况,以及在不同病理分级的表达变化。方法采用免疫组化S-P方法检测66例不同病理分级胶质瘤p63及p73蛋白的表达情况,与置换一抗的蛋白对照组比较,并同时进行组间对照。结果 p63及p73在66例脑胶质瘤病人中明显表达,p63表达阳性率为42.42％,P73表达阳性率为31.82％。组间对照:p63组Ⅱ～Ⅳ级与Ⅰ～Ⅱ级比较P<0.01;p73组Ⅲ～Ⅳ级与Ⅰ～Ⅱ级比较P<0.05,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级与Ⅰ～Ⅱ级比较X^2=2.268,P>0.05。结论 p63及p73作为p53家族的新成员可能是候选的抑癌基因。

Objective To discuss the expression of new members of p53 family-p63 and p73 in glioma and it's change in different pathologic rank.Methods To detect the expression of p63 and p73 of 66 gliomas which have different rank with S-P method of IRA comparing to the placebo,and compare the expression within the group at the same time.Results p63 and p73 are both expressed in two group,the positive rate of p63 is 42.42%,the positive rate of p73 is 31.82%.Comparison between groups: to compare the Ⅱ-Ⅳ rank with the Ⅰ-Ⅱ rank within p63,the 'p' is below 0.01; to compare the rank Ⅲ-Ⅳ with rank Ⅰ~Ⅱ within p73,the 'p' is below 0.05,to compare the rank Ⅱ~Ⅲ with Ⅰ~Ⅱ the X2 is 2.268,and P>0.05.Conclusion p63 and p73 which are the new members of p53 family may be the candidate of TSG.
