摘要
建立非线性振动输送机力学模型,应用非线性振动理论对系统进行动力学分析,将该分析用于现场,得出主振、隔振弹簧分别为变、常刚度时,在非线性近共振长距离振动输送机的工作过程中,空载或重载工况下均为双质体异向振动之结论。
<abstract>sed on the non-linear dynamic model of the vibrating conveyer, by means of the non-linear vibration theory, a dynamic analysis on the system has been finished, and then the parameters of inherent frequency and amplitude of double-vibratory body with the maximum or minimum loads are obtained. This formula is used for the metallurgy conveyer with the minimum or maximum loads. The result shows that the double-vibratory body is opposite direction vibration while the vibration spring has variable rigidity and the vibration-isolation spring has constant rigidity.
