乳腺癌组织中微血管计数(MVC)与IL-8表达的相关性研究

The correlative study on the microvessel cout (MVC) and the expression of interleukin - 8 (IL - 8) in the breast cancer tissues

目的研究乳腺良恶性病变组织中MVC和IL-8表达,探讨两者在乳腺癌中的相互关系及其临床病理意义。方法 40例乳腺癌和30例乳腺良性疾病组织标本石蜡包埋切片后行MV、IL-8sABC免疫组化染色。结果乳腺癌MVC(73.4±21.1个/HP)和IL-8表达阳性率(65.0％)及其评分(2.9±1.8)均明显高于乳腺良性疾病(25.5±8.8个/HP,6.7％,0.8±0.4),均有高度显著差异(P<0.01)。绝经后、肿块最大径≤2cm,组织学分级Ⅰ级及淋巴结无转移乳腺癌MVC和IL-8表达阳性率及其评分明显低于绝经前、肿块量大径>2cm、组织学分级Ⅲ级及淋巴结转移病例,均有显著或高度显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),两者与乳腺癌其他临床病理特征无明显关系。IL-8表达阳性乳腺癌MYC(80.4±15.8)明显高于IL-8表达阴性病例(55.7±21.1),且IL-8表达评分与MVC呈高度密切正相关(r=0.83,P<0.01)。结论 MVC和IL-8表达可能是反映乳腺癌生物学行为、转移发生及预后评估的重要生物学指标,IL-8具有明显的促血管生成作用。

Objectives To study on the MVC and the expression of IL-8 in the benign and malignant lesions of mammary gland and detect on the correlation and their clinicopathological significances in the breast cancer.Method Inimunohistochemical method was used on the formalin-fixed and routinely paraffin-embedded sections of the specimen with 40 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of breast benign lesions.Results The MVC and the positive rate or scoring of IL-8 expression was signifidantly higher in the breast cancer than that in the breast benign lesions (73.4±21.1/HP vs25.5±8.8/HP; 65.0% vs 6.7%; 2.9±1.8 vs0.8±0.4).The MVC and the positive rate or scoring of IL-8 expression was significantly lower in the cases of post-menopause,maxial diameter of mass≤2cm,histological grade I ,without lymphnode metastasis than that of pre-menopause.maxial diameter of mass >2cm,histological grade III,with lymphnode metastasis in the breast cancer.The MVC was significantly higher in the positive cases of IL-8 expression than that in the negative ones (80.4±15.8 vs 55.7±21.1),and highly positive correlation was found betwenn the MVC and the scoring of IL-8 expression in the breast cancer (r=0.83,P<0.01).Conclusions.MVC and IL-8 expression migth be important biological markers in the reflecting the biological behaviors metastastic status and prognosis of breast cancer,IL-8 might have proangiogenetic effects in the breast cancer tissues.
